I have spent the past 18 years building clientele, growing my practice, and developing clinical and administrative systems that are effective, efficient, and sustainable. Throughout my career, I’ve worked directly with the realities of running a practice—balancing patient care, documentation, scheduling, business demands, and the physical and emotional energy that this medicine requires. Like many acupuncturists, I’ve experienced firsthand how easy it is to fall into common pitfalls: overbooking, unclear boundaries, inefficient workflows, doing too much without adequate support, and trying to “push through” instead of building systems that actually protect our time and health. Much of the work I’ve done over the years has focused on troubleshooting these exact challenges and helping practices function more smoothly without increasing burnout.
